About the Job

The Data Processing Analyst is the primary client facing owner responsible to operate EXEMPTAX, our SaaS tax management solution. In addition to supporting EXEMPTAX, you will perform interesting and complex research projects surrounding various tax topics, adapting analytical outcome of rules and regulations into actionable procedures. You will be working within assigned service level agreements covering data analytical work, data processing and client communication. In addition, you are enabled to self-sufficiently support assigned workflows and flexible workload. You will make an immediate impact to the quality of complex data and guidelines. We are seeking for individuals with a strong focus on quality and the highest integrity, motivated to work in an agile environment.

  • Ownership of various system driven work flows and data processing queues
  • Self-sufficient research activities across numerous tax regulatory requirements
  • Supporting ongoing curation of complex tax validation rules
  • Prompt and efficient support to client inquires via email and chat
  • Operates multiple technology applications

  • Strives to improve SOP’s as subject matter experts

  • University degree required
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with data analytics, data processing and customer service
  • Strong computer and internet skills required
  • Desired skill-sets include MS Office applications and SaaS experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to suggest process improvements and enhance customer experience
  • Enthusiasm and strong self-motivation
